Note: This role requires current experience in a technical environment of high-volume websites and high-velocity transactions. These are not just internal apps and websites but external B2C type transactions in the millions per day. We need candidates with both high-volume websites and Customer Journey experience. B2C & e-Commerce experience is required.

About the Team:

AT&T is looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager to join the Consumer Technology Experience (CTX) business unit who is passionate about the eCommerce industry and has analytical and multi-tasking abilities to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

About the Job:

This is a technical job limited to technical organizations. The Senior Technical Product Manager is responsible for defining and driving the product vision roadmap and execution by collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric software solutions and meet business objectives. Requires familiarity with software development methodologies and best practices service-oriented architecture and product analytics and experience in managing Ing complex or high-priority technical products and influencing strategic decisions related to the product. You will act as the CEO of your product area owning the end-to-end product lifecycle and driving measurable business impact.

Education:

  • Bachelors degree in computer science Engineering Business or a related field. An advanced degree (e.g. MBA masters in technology management) is often preferred.
  • Product Management certifications like CSPO PMC-VI or equivalent preferred.

Experience:

  • 8 years experience in product management particularly in the web and digital e-commerce industry.
  • Proven track record of managing complex technical products from conception to launchwith a focus on delivering measurable outcomes such as revenue growth customer engagement or NPS improvement.
  • Experience in a senior or leadership role with demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in web and digital acquisition space launching customer-facing digital journeys.
  • Past scrum team PM experience working with UX QA teams product releases insights VOC analysis is required.
  • Experience managing global products or collaborating with distributed teams is a plus.

Technical Proficiency:

  • Strong understanding of mobile and web technologies software development processes APIs and system architecture.
  • Proficiency with product management tools and methodologies such as Agile Scrum and Kanban.
  • Hands-on experience with customer facing front end experiences e-commerce platforms content management systems (CMS) and payment gateways.
  • Analytical and Data-Driven:
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to leverage data analytics and business intelligence tools to drive product decisions and measure success.
  • Experience with A/B testing user segmentation and performance optimization.
  • Ability to define track and communicate key product metrics and KPIs to stakeholders.

Customer-Centric Approach:

  • Deep understanding of customer needs and behaviors in the e-commerce space.
  • Experience in conducting user research usability testing and gathering customer feedback.
  • Ability to translate customer insights into actionable product features.
  • Passion for delivering best-in-class customer experiences and advocating for the voice of the customer.

Strategic Vision:

  • Ability to develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Experience in defining product roadmaps and prioritizing features based on market opportunities and customer needs.
  • Proven ability to identify and capitalize on new digital opportunities to drive innovation growth and market differentiation.

Leadership and Collaboration:

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build consensus and drive buy-in for product initiatives.
  • Commitment to fostering an inclusive collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Project Management:

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience in setting clear goals defining metrics for success and ensuring timely delivery of product milestones.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
  • Experience in managing and mitigating risks associated with digital product development.

Market and Industry Knowledge:

  • In-depth knowledge of the digital e-commerce landscape including trends competitors and emerging technologies.
  • Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements relevant to digital commerce.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies SEO and customer acquisition channels.

Adaptability and Agility:

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to continuously learn and stay updated with the latest industry developments and best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive change challenge the status quo and champion innovative solutions.

Our Senior Tech Product Mgr earns between $118800.00-$178200.00 USD Annual potential total comp. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography experience expertise and education/training.
