The Project Manager role is responsible for planning directing and coordinating all of the activities of assigned Payroc POS programming installation and training projects to ensure that the goals of the project are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and budget. This is a customer facing role that requires a significant amount of work to be done at customer locations as well as remotely. This position demands strong interpersonal and communication skills both verbally and in writing and strong listening and retention skills. This role will evaluate each project based on the scope and work with the implementation coordinator to create a project timeline and coordinate all resources that may be necessary to complete the work.
This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work concurrently on a variety of projects using clear judgment while maintaining a high work performance standard. Scheduling meeting an agreed upon schedule and holding customers accountable to their installation schedules will be key to the success of the individual in this role. Updating and maintaining detailed paperwork signoffs and updating company databases in a timely manner are also requirements of the position. The ideal candidate will be willing to work with end-users and management to resolve difficult issues at times while under time constraints.
