The Opportunity
Our Course Development team develops online safety courses that help individuals and organizations stay educated compliant with safety regulations and ultimately reduce the risk of workplace injuries.
Were looking for a strategic and hands-on Course Development Lead to manage a small team of instructional designers and elevate the quality performance and value of our digital learning offerings. In this role youll lead course design and development initiatives that directly support three key objectives: driving revenue supporting business continuity and enhancing client relationships.
Youll collaborate cross-functionally with sales client experience and the leadership team to align learning content with evolving market needs client requests and company strategy.
This role is about execution and leadership. You wont just manage timelines - youll lead a skilled team oversee multiple projects and ensure that course development efforts are aligned with departmental priorities and focused on delivering engaging impactful content. The way content is crafted and presented is central to our mission: we are building courses that foster proactive safety mindsets encourage responsible behavior and shape everyday habits that strengthen a culture of safety.
This is an in-person role based out of our Sherwood Park office.
