We are looking for a replacement for a team member going on maternity leave between 22/09/2025 and 03/04/2025.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Monitoring
- Analyses market data starting building market knowledge.
- Analyses customers assortment.
- Analyses price gaps between private label and brands.
- Monitors local brands and competitors (in collaboration with R&D and Sales).
Marketing Planning
- Contributes with info and ideas to Senior Product Marketing Manager.
- Gathers information to help defines consumers and customers needs.
- Analyses NSV and margins from our local existing references.
- Helps local customer account plans and relevant category plans to align.
- Supports McBride brands and licenses (range of products and communication activities).
Product Portfolio Management
- Collects and gathers info on portfolio needs.
- Customizes (perfume/color/packaging / customer policies) local product ranges for each segment
- Asks for performance alignment and gives inputs to define cost targets.
- Collects info for claim definition and asks for validation (from R&D).
- Supports the process to agree categorys complexity rules.
- Works within the defined complexity rules and supports sales in derogation process.
Project Management
- Follows up mainly simple projects using relevant tools.
- Follows up project completion within agreed timelines and budget.
Customers / Tenders Support
- Inputs info to (Senior) Product Marketing Manager to help sales define products offers.
- Provides information as part of the offer briefing process (inputs).
- Supports sales to address customers simple requests.
- Following received guideline is able to create simple customer presentations for specific topics.
- Prepares customers presentations.

- Delivery of Budgeted Margin (cgp @ current)
- Delivery of Budgeted Sales Revenue (nsv)
- NPD / EPD funnel
- Projects delivery
- Portfolio complexity (Check compliance)
- Category plan (design and implementation) (Implementation only)
- Market intelligence consolidation
Qualification(s) & Education:
- Minimum Bachelor degree in Business or Sales Administration or equivalent certificate
- First experience of managing administrative activities ideally in the area of Sales & Marketing (required)
- First experience of managing projects in the area of Marketing (desirable)
- First experience and thorough ability to operate in a fast-paced environment (desirable)
- Experience of working with or in manufacturing supply chain or marketing (desirable)
