Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Works with end user groups to solve business problems with available technology including hardware software databases and peripherals. Analysis of business and user needs and translation of those requirements into proper system specifications and system documentation.
- Analyze and assess existing business systems and procedures.
- Identify opportunities for AI integration to solve business challenges.
- Work close with developers to design and deploy AI models.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI solutions ensuring they continue to meet business needs.
- Communicates with users functional managers and consultants regarding status of specific projects
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Utilize SQL and stored procedures for data and logic update assignments.
- Create and execute test plans and scripts that will determine optimal application performance according to requirements set in business specifications
- Conduct detailed application testing such as system regression acceptance and other testing methods
- Test any new development to ensure integration into company systems meets functional requirements system compliance and technical specifications
- Compiles analyzes and reports test results
- Conduct internal audits to measure and assure adherence to established QA standards for software development application integration performance and corresponding documentation
- Make recommendations for improvement of applications to programmers and software developers or engineers
- Keeps abreast of technological developments and applications and proposes process and technology solutions to management specifically in the areas of AI platforms and tools.
Knowledge and Skills:
- The ability to Think outside the box
- Good understanding of AI technologies including machine learning natural language processing and data analytics.
- Understands the basic concepts of information security and is aware of potential risks and threats to sensitive information that AI presents.
- Strong skills in the Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and Visio.
- Must have very strong mathematical analytical and logical skills to be able to deal with complex financial models and calculations.
- Aptitude in logical and analytical thinking with strong problem solving skills
- Knowledge of product life cycle methodologies quality assurance methodologies project management documentation and industry trends
- Direct experience as a lead tester for major application integration and/or major application product release
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer oriented team player with a can do attitude
- Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented collaborative environment.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelors Degree in Information Technology Business or Finance
- 3-5 years overall business experience preferably with an information technology real estate background and/or minimum 2 years experience as a Business Analyst focused on AI implementations
- Proven experience with troubleshooting principles methodologies and issue resolution techniques
- Proficiency in requirements elicitation techniques and tools
- Working technical knowledge of SQL and stored procedures.
- PowerBI knowledge is a plus.
