Senior Lead Analyst SAP ABAP (Manufacturing)
This is an individual contributor role the Senior Lead Analyst SAP ABAP with Manufacturing focus will work as part of the global Stryker IT Data Solutions team; the role is based in the Gurugram India. This is an SAP ABAP Techno-functional role who will primarily work with the SAP functional team and global IT Business team in Stryker within our SAP ERP transformation programs.
This technical SAP ABAP expert will be responsible for bringing their deep understanding of SAP ABAP programming language. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise across RICEF objects interfaces SAP UI technologies and API integration. The role involves development efforts across SAP manufacturing functional areas. They will be part of a diverse and cross-functional and cross-cultural team focused on delivering tangible value to SAP ERP Transformation Programs.
What you will do:
- Collaborate closely with IT team business stakeholders and data migration team to support migration of master data and transaction data objects from various global and local systems into SAP S4 and ECC ERP.
- Perform complex ABAP programming testing and debugging functions related to the implementation of SAP modules.
- Provide deep SAP technical expertise in the manufacturing process area as well as demonstrated knowledge of key integration points across SAP modules and technical components
- Participate in end-to-end data design workshops providing knowledge of industry best practices and application of global SAP implementation experience.
- Complete functional specifications for reports interfaces conversions enhancements forms and/or workflow (RICEFW)
- Ensure seamless integration of custom-built objects with other SAP modules like MM PP QM SD etc.
- Provide ongoing support and enhancements in existing systems and platforms within SAP.
What you will need:
Required Skills:
- 10-14 years of experience
- SAP S4 and ECC full life-cycle implementation experience in manufacturing modules as ABAP technical expert
- Experience with SAP ABAP programming language
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and ECC with manufacturing focus
- Experience with full life-cycle development
- Experience in RICEFW Objects: Reports Interfaces (SFTP (file) RFC/BAPI) Adobe forms Enhancement framework: User Exits Screen Exits ALE BADIs and SAP FIORI
Preferred Skills:
- Flexibility and agility to work with global teams spread over US Europe APAC geographies.
- Experience working with third party IT vendors and/or IT system solution providers.
