What Youll Do
As the Business Lead (Motor Claims Experience) youll work closely with the Motor Claims Experience Manager to:
- Support end-to-end delivery across the Motor Claims Experience Program of Work
- Coordinate across multiple squads to manage dependencies risks blockers and governance
- Collaborate with stakeholders in Technology Risk and Consumer Transformation to ensure successful program execution
- Help drive enhancements and manage technical assets like ClaimCenter and automation tools
- Prepare reporting briefings and leadership updates
- Lead continuous improvement coach others and act as a delegate when required
What Youll Bring
Were looking for a dynamic leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and brings:
- 3 years in insurance/financial services with claims experience highly desirable
- Project delivery experience with strong stakeholder management
- Comfort with technical assets data-driven insights and digital transformation
- A knack for clear communication problem-solving and making things happen
- Ability to influence across teams mentor others and bring structure to complexity
- A passion for customer experience collaboration and getting results
