THE POSITION
- This will be a hands on role with as you grow opportunities to Coordinate lead and inspire multiple teams.
- Create an inclusive imaginative inspiring environment where everyone works together to enhance the customer experience.
- Ensure our safety-first culture is embedded within the team
- Use effective retail strategies to maximise sales and increase profit
- Previous experience in an on-trend multi-outlet would be highly regarded
- Manage the workforce including recruitment on-boarding training labour budgeting and rostering
THE PERSON
- You will be an outstanding communicator be able to effectively motivate your staff and have a passion for hospitality!
- Have previous experience in a similar restaurant role and have a solid knowledge on all things food and beverage
- Be a positive supportive ambitious leader with experience in carrying out personal development plans staff training sessions and appraisals
- Commercially savvy and knows how to identify and deliver on growth opportunities
