Ansell is looking for a Tender & Contracts Specialist to join our team in Krakow to support EMAP Commercial teams within Medical Sales.
In this position you will play a vital role in managing the full local tender process contract lifecycle and system integrations ensuring compliance and performance while also identifying improvement opportunities and leading their execution to enhance overall effectiveness.

What your role will be
Collaborating with our cross functional teams and reporting to the Assoc Director Sales you will have the opportunity to:
Manage tender portal subscriptions to capture and assess relevant opportunities.
Coordinate with Regional stakeholders to define winning strategies for each tender.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Global and Regional Product Managers Technical QARA and other teams.
Lead internal contract and tender review meetings.
Co-develop bid specifications with customers to align solutions to their needs.
Maintain the Tender Birthday Book and coordinate key timelines with Cluster Leaders.
Act as a trusted advisor by leveraging solution knowledge to shape successful tender responses.
Ensure timely submission of all required product samples and documents.
Notify the business of upcoming tenders to support forecasting activities.
Build strong relationships with internal sales teams and channel partners to centralize tender planning and responses
What will you bring to Ansell
Demonstrated previous experience in Tender Management ideally in the Health & Safety / PPE / Medical industry
Proven experience in leading or coordinating public and private sector bid/tender responses with strong stakeholder engagement and the ability to manage multiple bids under tight deadlines.
Tenacious results-driven professional with sound business judgment and a track record of delivering high-quality outcomes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate clear data-driven solutions and recommendations; complemented by solid business acumen and presentation abilities.
Comfortable working in high-demand fast-paced and team-oriented environments with adaptability to change and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
Proficient in MS Office and Smartsheet tools with a willingness to undergo technical training and develop in-depth knowledge of medical consumables standards and regulations.
Knowledgeable Medical regulation and standards.
Flexible adaptive and resilient in the face of setbacks
Languages: Fluent in English (written and spoken) any other languages in a plus
