Job Description

This is a remote position.

Schedule: Monday Friday 9:00 AM 5:00 PM PST (with paid breaks)

Total Weekly Hours: 40 hours



Job Overview

The Inbound Sales Specialist plays a pivotal role in the sales process by addressing incoming inquiries primarily via phone and email. The primary objective is to understand potential customers needs present tailored solutions and convert inquiries into loyal customers. This role requires a combination of exceptional customer service strong sales acumen and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.



Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with both B2B and B2C customer channels.

  • Handle inbound leads and manage the existing CRM pipeline.

  • Follow up with previous and current clients to generate repeat business.

  • Educate prospects on our subscription model pricing and service offerings.

  • Close deals handle objections and ensure a consistent brand experience.

  • Log all customer interactions and lead activity in Zoho CRM.

  • Meet weekly/monthly performance and conversion targets.

  • Earn commission on successful sales (commission structure to be finalized after the first month).


Qualifications

  • Proven track record in inbound sales or customer service roles.

  • 1 2 years of experience in both B2B and B2C sales environments.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.

  • Strong customer service orientation with a genuine interest in helping clients and building long-term relationships.

  • Experience using CRM systems (Zoho preferred) sales tools and related technologies.

Note on Compensation

The company is currently finalizing its bonus and commission structure. As a growing startup the first month will serve as a foundational period before incentive programs are officially implemented. Commission for sales and performance bonuses for analysts will be communicated and activated shortly thereafter.
