This role will be instrumental in advancing Sheridans mission to create a supportive inclusive and engaging workplace. Reporting to the Director Total Rewards People and Culture the Manager will lead critical talent management and organizational development efforts ensuring that we continue to deliver client-focused and innovative HR programs.
