The Purpose:
As a Sales Operations Associate youll play a critical role in keeping our sales engine running smoothly by owning the processes that support RFI and RFP execution pipeline maintenance and front-line sales efficiency. Reporting to the Sales Operations Manager youll be the go-to resource for organizing proposal workflows maintaining CRM data integrity and ensuring the sales team has the right tools and information to execute at pace.
This role is designed for someone ready to dive into the operational backbone of B2B salesdeveloping a strong foundation in deal mechanics proposal strategy and sales process optimization.

This role is the operational core of how we respond to RFI and RFP opportunities how we maintain a clean and accurate pipeline and how we make sure every rep is set up for success. This entry-level position provides an opportunity to learn and grow within the sales operations function. Over time with strong performance the Sales Operations Associate can advance to more senior roles within sales operations project management or sales enablement contributing more deeply to larger sales strategies and processes.
