Position Overview:
Were seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Specialist to provide exceptional support to our construction industry clients while assisting with marketing initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with an interest to grow with a dynamic technology company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support via phone email and chat to construction professionals using the platform.
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide users through software features.
- Document customer feedback and collaborate with the development team on product improvements.
- Assist with marketing tasks including content creation social media management and campaign support.
- Maintain customer satisfaction through prompt professional service.
- Create help documentation and user guides as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Experience in customer service or technical support.
- Reliable internet connection and professional home office setup.
Preferred Qualifications:
- -University degree in Business Administration Marketing or similar.
- - Basic marketing knowledge (social media content creation)
- - CRM experience (Hubspot Zoho etc)
