Offshore HSE Advisor FIFO 3/3 Roster
The Opportunity
This is a rare offshore opportunity to join a major international EPC contractor during the hook-up and commissioning phase of a high-profile offshore LNG brownfield expansion project. You ll be deployed to a world-class floating LNG facility located off the north-west coast of Australia supporting the safe integration of new infrastructure into an active production environment.
Working as part of an integrated HSE team you will play a critical role in delivering frontline safety leadership and systems compliance during a high-risk phase of the asset lifecycle. This position offers the chance to be hands-on in one of Australia s most technically demanding offshore scopes.
Key Responsibilities

Provide on-site HSE leadership and guidance during hook-up and commissioning in a live offshore LNG environment.

Lead safety engagement across construction commissioning and SIMOPs interfaces.

Mentor and support contractor teams and frontline leadership in applying the integrated project HSE Management Plan.

Participate in field-level audits risk assessments inspections and toolbox talks.

Assist in implementation of a competency-based assessment framework and skills passport system.

Drive strong reporting and investigation standards using ICAM methodology and contribute to ongoing safety improvements.
What Youll Need
-
Minimum 8 years of offshore HSE experience ideally within hook-up commissioning or brownfield integration scopes.

Strong understanding of offshore construction SIMOPs PTW systems isolations and operational readiness processes.

Prior exposure to floating LNG or other offshore hydrocarbons facilities

WHS Diploma or Certificate IV in Occupational Health & Safety.

ICAM certification (or equivalent incident investigation qualification).

Valid offshore certifications including HUET/FOET (OPITO) MSIC CSTP and medical.

Must have full Australian working rights.
