The opportunity:

Our friendly customer contact team are on the hunt for a new colleague. Linc is a housing association with a big ambition. We want to create an environment where everyone flourishes.
As our Customer Services Adviser youll be providing super service to our customers on the phone or digitally as our first point of contact as well as providing vital administration support to our housing teams to allow them to provide brilliant services across 10 local authority areas.

What we need from you:
A passion for delivering great customer service our customers are at the heart of everything we do. We are looking for someone who can go above and beyond to meet and exceed the needs of our tenants and customers.
A positive can-do attitude. Youll need to be warm friendly and our values will sing to you which are to be passionate ambitious and respectful.
You will need to be able to work with a variety of IT systems communicate well and enjoy working as part of a busy team.
Wed love to recruit a Welsh speaking colleague to this post; however this is not an essential and dont let that put you off applying.
