Job Description
This Medical Assistant position involves providing support in a womens health clinic specifically in colposcopy and pregnancy termination procedures. The role includes assisting with GYN procedures and patient support with potential rotation to Womens and Childrens Health service lines. The position requires a minimum of two years of experience and relevant certifications.
- Providing patient support in a womens health clinic.
- Assisting with general GYN procedures.
- Potential rotation to Womens and Childrens Health service lines.
- Performing other duties as assigned within the scope of a Medical Assistant.
- Floating to other facilities as needed.
- Associates Degree or Diploma in Medical Assisting.
- Medical Assistant Certification from AAMA AMT NHA ARMA NCCT or NRCMA.
- BLS Certification.
- Bilingual English/Spanish.
- Must live within 75 miles of the facility.
- 4x10 hour shifts 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM Monday-Thursday.
- Maximum five days of Return to Office (RTO) with no more than two consecutive days. No RTO on weekends or holidays or the day before or after a holiday.
- Shift assignment is not detailed.
- Mandatory float pool participation.
