- Expert in KVM / RHEV Administration
- Expert in LVM
- Advanced shell scripting
- Configuration of RedHat Cluster / Veritas Cluster
- NIS NIS / DNS configuration
- Patch management
- NFS / Automount configuration
- Recovery of Operating system from backup
- Server / OS Crash analysis
- Performance tuning
- Knowledge in other Unix flavors
- Knowledge in other domains such as Storage Backup Database Middleware and network
- Expert in ITIL processes
- Good exposure in various ticketing and monitoring tools
- Vendor coordination
- Capacity management tools
- Good Written & Verbal Communication Skills
- Highly dynamic in terms of managing workloads and working under pressure.
- Experience in handling global customers
