Key Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of overall QA/testing experience
- 5 6 years of experience specifically with ServiceNow
- Strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow ATF (Automated Test Framework) MANDATORY
- Experience with other test automation tools like Selenium is a plus
- Experience in validating ServiceNow configurations workflows and custom applications
- Collaborate closely with developers BAs and functional teams to understand requirements and ensure proper test coverage
- Ability to write execute and maintain test cases and test scripts
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Responsibilities:
- Design and execute automated test cases using ServiceNow ATF
- Work closely with ServiceNow developers and stakeholders to validate business logic and system behaviour
- Identify and report issues; ensure resolution and retesting
- Create comprehensive test documentation (test plans test scripts and reports)
- Participate in regression testing system testing and integration testing efforts
- Contribute to continuous improvements in the QA process and strategy
Nice to Have:
- Experience in financial services or banking environments
- ITIL certification or ServiceNow certifications
Familiarity with other ServiceNow modules (e.g. ITSM HRSD CSM)
