Job Description
Location: Washington DC (Remote)
Duration: 3 Years
Pay Rate: Market / DOE
Client: Federal
- Design develop and configure ServiceNow applications and workflows.
- Implement enhancements integrations and updates using best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and senior developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Troubleshoot and test configurations and customizations.
- Education: Bachelors in Computer Science IT or related field.
- Experience: 2 years in ServiceNow development.
- Technical Expertise:
- Proficiency in ServiceNow development scripting (JavaScript GlideScript) and APIs.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow tools: Flow Designer Studio IDE Update Sets.

- Modules: ITSM required; exposure to ITAM CMDB HRSD CSM FSM Digital Portfolio is a plus.
- Mandatory Certification: ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).
- Preferred Certifications: Certified System Administrator (CSA) Certified Application Developer (CAD).
