Job Summary:
Experienced ServiceNow Developer with extensive hands-on experience on the ServiceNow platform including CSM and ITSM modules. This role requires deep technical expertise in designing developing testing and deploying ServiceNow solutions that align with business goals and enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Design develop and implement ServiceNow solutions across CSM and ITSM modules.
- Configure and customize Case Management Tasks Life Cycle Events and Activities.
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications using App Engine Studio and UI Builder.
- Create and manage Service Catalogs Order Guides Record Producers and advanced workflows.
- Implement and support modules such as Incident Problem Change Knowledge Release Request and Asset Management.
- Build and maintain intuitive self-service portals and dashboards for CSM.
- Configure Business Rules Client Scripts UI Policies UI Actions Script Includes and Scheduled Jobs.
- Integrate and manage CMDB Discovery and Mid-Server configurations.
- Leverage Performance Analytics to monitor and optimize system performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Develop front-end components using HTML CSS JavaScript and server-side applications using JSP Servlets and JDBC.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
5 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
- Strong expertise in CSM and ITSM modules.
- Proficient in UI Builder.
- Proficient in ServiceNow scripting UI customization and application development.
- Experience with ServiceNow Discovery CMDB and Asset Management.
- Experience with App Engine Studio and Flow Designer.
- Solid understanding of web technologies (HTML CSS JavaScript) and Java-based backend development.
- Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Certifications:
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
