Lead site development projects for office commercial residential and industrial properties.
Requires strong technical skills in grading stormwater systems erosion controls permitting and land use compliance.
Requirements:
1 BS in Civil Engineering
2 PE license in NJ (required)
3 10 years in Municipal Engineering
4 Proficiency in Civil 3D Hydro Flow AutoTURN Primavera MS Office
5 Strong interpersonal and proposal skills
