We are looking for an experienced and driven Healthcare Recruiter to join our team in Dehradun! If you have a passion for connecting healthcare professionals with the right opportunities and thrive in a fast-paced environment this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with Account Managers to understand client hiring needs.
Source and attract top healthcare professionals through job boards social media referrals and networking.
Screen candidates through resume reviews interviews and reference checks.
Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system.
Guide candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
Stay updated on industry trends to optimize recruitment strategies.
1-3 years of experience in healthcare recruitment or related field.
Strong communication interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems & recruitment tools.
Self-motivated team player with keen attention to detail.
Passionate about making an impact in the healthcare industry.
