Title: Business Analyst I (Hybrid)

Description:
Summary Direct responsibility for USHP Key National and Regional Account and Group Purchasing Organization agreements as well as other non-standard or complex agreements for the assigned sales regions.
Support the Contracts Manager by assisting or directly providing leadership and support for product launches market price changes payment/accrual analytics Team contract expiration/renewal activities and other ad-hoc analysis as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities. The incumbent will perform other duties as assigned.
Proactively conducts pricing compliance and incentive analysis and maintenance on all proposed and executed agreements to ensure pricing guidelines are maintained and pricing compliance and incentives are aligned to Best Practices for in-system set-up. Leads and supports others in monitoring and maintaining pricing compliance and incentive maintenance activities.
Will have direct responsibility for Key Accounts and/or more complex agreements from negotiation through execution.
Responsible for contributions to and/or creations of standard operating procedures and the maintenance of those procedures. Coordinate and/or conduct training as required for new and existing employees. Demonstrate compliance with internal procedures processes and values. Lead and support individual within teams in day-to-day activities.
Demonstrate Leadership Speed and Simplicity through process innovation to develop/identify procedural gaps drive for improvements efficiencies achievement of results and enhanced customer relationships.
Demonstrate initiative and apply depth and breadth of knowledge of Commercial Operations and USHP business acumen to design and develop reporting and analysis for Commercial Operations sales professionals and others as required.
Support the Manager and Team by representing the Contracts Team/Commercial Operations in the development of information systems with the IT group for sales/business analysis and trends. Lead or participate in team and divisional projects as required.
Work closely with Managers and Directors to further develop skills within areas of responsibilities.
Present to various groups on profit analysis processes guidelines and results
Dedicated support to specific Sales Management team in the formulation of customer strategies and tactics.
Communicate with Field sales to understand customer needs and business opportunities.

Demonstrated experience leading projects initiating process improvements and supporting best demonstrated practices and while guiding and supporting others in contributing to the same.

Strong organization skills.
Dedication to balancing and meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers.
Demonstrates ownership for achieving timely and accurate results and supports others in accomplishing the same.
Strong working knowledge of Excel Access Microsoft Word and database reporting tools.
Education and/or Experience.
Bachelors degree required.
3 years in a similar role.
Tableau experience required
