Job Description

Job Title: Apptad - Project Manager
Job Location: USA-based (with preference for candidates located in or willing to relocate to California)
Job Duration: Long-Term

Job Description:

Seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of a large-scale enterprise-level SaaS implementation. The role requires strong coordination planning and risk management experience across multi-disciplinary teams and public-sector clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage project execution using Agile Scrum and Waterfall practices.

- Coordinate cross-functional teams and track scope schedule and deliverables.

- Conduct stakeholder meetings report progress and manage escalations.

- Monitor project risks quality and contractual performance.

Required Experience & Skills:

- Minimum 10 years of project management experience.

- Must have led enterprise IT projects of similar size and complexity.

- Strong proficiency in tools like MS Project JIRA Azure DevOps.

- PMP CSM or other project management certifications preferred.

Notes
USA-based (with preference for candidates located in or willing to relocate to California)
Available to work onsite or in hybrid model as required during implementation
Experienced in projects of similar size and scope (i.e. large-scale SaaS/public sector/government transformation projects)
Capable of supporting long-term delivery and governance alignment
