Dental Care Alliance (DCA) a leading dental support organization seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive strategic initiatives and projects throughout our organization. As a key player in our team youll ensure successful project delivery adherence to quality standards and alignment with organizational goals.
Develop work plans including timelines milestones tasks and resource allocation.
Define measurable KPIs and EBITDA Targets for each Strategic Imperative in collaboration with Business Leads.
Track Project Scope and Deliverables at a Milestone and Task level.
Lead multiple projects prioritizing work and responsibilities.
Hold Business Leads accountable for their roles in projects and functional area readiness.
Coordinate and support virtual project deployments across 400 offices.
Collaborate & Partner with internal teams and external vendors for smooth and successful execution.
Monitor project progress adjust as needed and prevent scope creep.
Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Communicate project status issues and updates to stakeholders.
Conduct post-project evaluations for continuous improvement.
Bachelors degree in business or related field.
PMP certification preferred.
Healthcare or Dental experience (a plus but not required).
Change Management certification (a plus but not required).
Ability to work remotely and influence leadership.
5 years of complex project management experience (preferably in Dental or Healthcare).
Proficiency in project management software (e.g. O365 Microsoft Office suite).
