Job Description

Job Title: Apptad - Quality Assurance Lead
Job Location: USA-based (with preference for candidates located in or willing to relocate to California)
Job Duration: Long-Term

Job Description:

Looking for a QA Lead to define and oversee the testing lifecycle for a configurable SaaS platform. The candidate should have experience managing QA efforts in public sector or regulatory systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead test strategy planning and execution across all test types.

- Create test cases and manage automated/manual testing cycles.

- Track defects and ensure issue resolution with cross-functional teams.

Required Experience & Skills:

- Minimum 8 years of QA leadership experience.

- Experience testing platforms of comparable size and scope.

- Familiarity with Selenium Postman TestRail JIRA Azure DevOps.

- Strong documentation reporting and coordination skills.

Notes
USA-based (with preference for candidates located in or willing to relocate to California)
Available to work onsite or in hybrid model as required during implementation
Experienced in projects of similar size and scope (i.e. large-scale SaaS/public sector/government transformation projects)
Capable of supporting long-term delivery and governance alignment
