Position: MBBS RMO Medical Officer
Location: Baloda Bazar Chhattisgarh India
Work Mode: On-Site
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and assessments to diagnose medical conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Provide emergency medical care as required.
- Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
- Maintain accurate and complete medical records for all patients.
- Communicate effectively with patients regarding their treatment and health concerns.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on health management and wellness.
- Participate in continuous medical education and training programs.
- Assist in the management of healthcare facility operations.
- Monitor and report changes in patient conditions promptly.
- Conduct routine follow-up consultations for ongoing patient care.
- Engage in medical research and assist in clinical trials as needed.
- Stay current with medical best practices and advancements in treatment.
- Adhere to hospital policies and protocols to ensure patient safety.
Qualifications:
- MBBS degree from a recognized institution.
- Valid medical license to practice in India.
- Experience in a clinical environment is preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and in emergency situations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Capable of maintaining patient confidentiality and ethics.
- Proficiency in medical record keeping and documentation.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and education.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical software.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to healthcare.
- Ability to educate and support patients effectively.
- Knowledge of relevant medical regulations and standards.
