We re looking for a dynamic Customer Relationship Manager who will be the face of Skillfyme support team ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience for our learners and their families.
Be the primary point of contact for customers via phone email and chat
Build strong relationships through proactive communication
Understand customer needs and coordinate with internal teams for quick resolution
Maintain follow-ups and ensure customer issues are fully resolved
Gain deep knowledge of Skillfymes offerings to deliver exceptional support
Degree in management marketing communications or a similar field
Experience in customer service or relationship management
Proficiency in MS Office CRM tools and ticketing systems
Excellent communication interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure
