Job Posting: Customer Success Manager(Individual Contributor Role)
Location: Bangalore (HSR Layout)
Working Hours: 10:30 AM - 7:30 PM
CTC: 2.6 LPA

Role Overview

We re looking for a dynamic Customer Relationship Manager who will be the face of Skillfyme support team ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience for our learners and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be the primary point of contact for customers via phone email and chat

  • Build strong relationships through proactive communication

  • Understand customer needs and coordinate with internal teams for quick resolution

  • Maintain follow-ups and ensure customer issues are fully resolved

  • Gain deep knowledge of Skillfymes offerings to deliver exceptional support

Qualifications
  • Degree in management marketing communications or a similar field

  • Experience in customer service or relationship management

  • Proficiency in MS Office CRM tools and ticketing systems

  • Excellent communication interpersonal and conflict resolution skills

  • Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure
