Job Description: Technical Content Creator
Required Skills and Experience:
6 years of experience in technical documentation preferably within a product-based company.
Proven experience with Zendesk for creating layouts templates and other content elements.
Hands-on experience in developing online help release notes user guides and other technical content.
Exceptional oral and written communication skills with the ability to write clear concise and accurate documentation.
Strong writing skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge and domain expertise.
Proficient in HTML5 and CSS and able to collaborate effectively with UI designers for tweaks and changes in templates and layouts.
Demonstrable ability to create clear crisp and user-friendly documentation. Willingness to share work samples.
Collaborate with SEO teams to ensure content is easily discoverable by users.
Work closely with developers testers and product managers to understand product requirements and changes filtering out non-essential inputs.
Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with shifting requirements and priorities.
Ability to engage with Irish/UK audiences and respond promptly to queries or feedback.
Technical acumen to troubleshoot and offer solutions for documentation challenges.
Ability to work independently manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
Adaptable to changing requirements and able to take on new tasks quickly.
