Job Description
Company Overview:
One of the fastest-growing B2B Fintech companies in Bangalore in the Baas domain. They have created plug & play APIs for early-stage startups to larger NBFCs in the ecosystem.
Role Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain responsive web applications using HTML CSS and JavaScript.
- Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Create reusable code and libraries for future use.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Identify and troubleshoot front-end issues across multiple browsers and devices.
- Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and propose how they can benefit the company.
- Participate in all phases of the development lifecycle including requirements gathering design and testing.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand user needs.
- Implement best practices for front-end development ensuring code quality and maintainability.
- Collaborate with team members on project planning and design sessions.
- Monitor performance metrics and improve application performance as required.
- Document development processes code changes and application updates.
- Assist in the design and development of A/B testing strategies.
- Mentor junior developers and promote knowledge sharing within the team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Frontend Engineer or similar role.
- Strong understanding of web markup including HTML5 and CSS3.
- Hands-on experience with JavaScript libraries and frameworks such as or Angular.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
- Experience with front-end tools like Webpack Gulp or Grunt.
- Knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first development.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively.
- Experience with version control systems like Git.
- Awareness of UI/UX principles and best practices.
- Exposure to Agile development methodologies.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technology trends.
- Experience with testing frameworks is a plus.
