Job Title: Project Coordinator
Location: Lawrenceville GA 100 Onsite)

Position Overview:
The Project Coordinator will support the PMO by maintaining project documentation ensuring process compliance managing schedules and facilitating meetings. The role requires strong communication proficiency with Microsoft tools and a fundamental understanding of SDLC and project management frameworks.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Solid understanding of Project Management principles and System Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools: Word Excel Project SharePoint Outlook
- Strong organizational written and oral communication skills
- Able to work with high accuracy and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with document management practices
Preferred Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Business or related field
- 2 years of experience as a Project Coordinator
- Experience working with technical teams
- Exposure to Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Ability to manage small projects and tight deadlines
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist PMs and leadership with intake forms change requests charters waivers and closures
- Track timelines and ensure teams meet deadlines
- Organize attend and document stakeholder meetings
- Prepare presentations and materials for project updates
- Maintain PMO documentation standards and best practices
- Assist in onboarding new project managers
- Monitor risks and support mitigation efforts
- Create and maintain project calendars and schedules
- Coordinate portfolio updates with PMO leadership
- Facilitate meetings and manage small-scale project tasks
