We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Facility Engineer to oversee the operation maintenance and improvement of our client s facilities infrastructure. The ideal candidate will ensure that all building systems operate efficiently and safely while supporting cost-effective maintenance strategies. This role requires strong technical knowledge hands-on experience and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Manage and maintain HVAC electrical plumbing fire safety elevators and other facility systems.
Conduct routine inspections and audits to ensure building systems comply with safety and regulatory standards.
Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance schedules and ensure timely execution.
Supervise external contractors and vendors for maintenance and repair activities.
Monitor energy usage and implement energy-saving initiatives.
Ensure the facility complies with health safety and environmental regulations.
Assist in space planning office relocations and refurbishments.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance logs repair activities and equipment specifications.
Respond to emergencies and breakdowns promptly.
Collaborate with the management team to plan budgets and forecast future facility needs.
Bachelor s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Electrical Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum 3 6 years of relevant experience in facility or building maintenance engineering.
Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC electrical plumbing etc.).
Experience with facility management tools and maintenance software (e.g. CAFM systems).
Understanding of local building codes and safety regulations.
Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple vendors and maintenance staff.
Strong communication reporting and organizational abilities.
Flexibility to respond to after-hours emergencies when required.
