Job Description:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful and expanding team where you ll play a crucial role in helping people and businesses find the insurance coverage they need. You ll be working with pre-qualified TCPA-compliant leads making outbound calls to prospects who have already expressed interest in insurance services. This isn t cold calling to uninterested prospects - you ll be connecting with people who want to hear from you! The role offers the flexibility of either stable hourly compensation or performance-based earnings that can significantly exceed standard rates with top performers earning substantially more through successful live transfers.
Responsibilities:
- Full-time
- 9 AM to 6 PM Eastern Time

Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to pre-qualified prospects interested in home and auto insurance coverage
- Contact commercial trucking companies to discuss DOT compliance and specialized insurance needs
- Build rapport and qualify prospects using proven scripts and established processes
- Conduct seamless live transfers of interested prospects to licensed insurance agents
- Utilize professional web-based dialing systems with comprehensive lead management tools
- Maintain exceptional communication standards and professional phone presence
- Track and report on call metrics and transfer success rates
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills with clear professional speech
- Proven ability to build rapport and persuade prospects over the phone
- Quiet professional work environment with minimal background noise
- High-quality headset and reliable internet connection for crystal-clear call quality
- Availability to work full-time during Eastern Time business hours (9 AM - 6 PM)
- Self-motivated with strong work ethic and results-oriented mindset
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Comfortable working with web-based software and dialing systems
