Job Description
Title: Senior IS Technician
Location: Everett WA 98204

The worker will assist in running service calls and installing computer and printer hardware in *** stores. Locations to be visited will be in Seattle Lynnwood and Everett WA.
Some drive times may be several hours in each direction. A permanent FTS employee will provide direction and support on a daily basis. Workers must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation to drive themselves between several *** locations daily.
The worker will be reimbursed for miles driven on the weekly expense report at the reimbursement rate.
Must have previous hardware repair experience can work on their own lift 75lbs work flexible hours complete required paperwork and have excellent customer service skills.
Schedule will be 40 hours per week and might include weekends and holidays as part of normal work days. This is not a work from home position; it requires driving to different stores throughout the day.
BACKGROUND MUST INCLUDE MVR FOR THIS ROLE DUE TO DRIVING
Individuals are responsible for repairing staging configuring and QA IT hardware to stores and field service technicians. This position will also refurbish and QA the returned store hardware equipment. Constant walking and standing. Constant lifting less than 30lbs but occasionally lifting up to 80lbs with assistance.
Duties:
Administer asset tracking using software systems.
Provide staging configuration and bench repairs of specific *** store hardware.
Process all applicable warranty claims.
Accurately record all production details and inventory movements.
Refurbish and QA returned the stores hardware equipment.
Education/Experience/Qualifications:
Technical individual with 2-year technical school and/or experience preferred. Administrative computer skills Word and Excelare also preferred
Must-Haves:
Strong attention to detail
Must be able to multitask
Good mechanical aptitude
Will train the right candidate how to do the job
