Job Description
- Design and configure a future-ready Policy-Based Access Control (PBAC) solution tailored for modern enterprise environments.
- Take the lead on the technical redesign of the Access Management system using modern technologies such as Kubernetes and containerization.
- Propose creative technically sound solutions for dynamic PBAC use cases and complex organizational needs.
- Actively contribute to the entire software lifecycle from ideation implementation and integration to maintenance and support.
- Collaborate closely within a DevOps team of 5 7 engineers who prioritize knowledge sharing high-quality delivery and operational excellence.
- Implement automation testing and security best practices in cloud-native environments while maintaining a strong focus on standards and continuous improvement.
- Work with various stakeholders to ensure integration and security alignment across platforms including non-SAP systems and cloud infrastructure.
- 6 8 years of professional experience in DevOps engineering with at least 5 years in access management or related cloud security roles.
- Strong background in Kubernetes and containerization technologies.
- Proven hands-on experience with cloud platforms preferably AWS.
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps Pipelines networking fundamentals and ITIL is a plus.
- Solid programming experience preferably with Python.
- Working knowledge and enthusiasm for digital security and access governance.
- Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
- Quickly adopt new technologies and adapt them into working solutions.
- Work effectively in complex organizational environments and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Embrace continuous improvement proactively identifying opportunities to optimize tools and workflows.
