Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Sales
Greet customers warmly and understand their requirements.
Present jewellery products explain features purity pricing and offers.
Assist customers in selecting jewellery based on their preferences and occasions.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Product Knowledge
Maintain thorough knowledge of gold diamond and precious stone jewellery.
Explain details about hallmarking certifications and product care.
Store Operations
Ensure proper display and arrangement of jewellery in showcases.
Handle billing cash/card transactions and documentation.
Assist in stock management and inventory counts.
Follow security and loss prevention procedures.
After-Sales Service
Handle customer queries exchanges or repairs professionally.
Follow up with clients for feedback and maintain customer records.
Key Skills & Competencies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales and persuasion skills.
Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
Knowledge of jewellery trends and customer preferences.
Ability to handle high-value transactions responsibly.
Requirements
Minimum Graduate in any discipline.
1 3 years of experience in jewelry or luxury retail sales preferred.
Freshers with excellent communication and passion for sales may also apply.
