Demonstrated experience as a Salesforce Developer in enterprise environments.Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce OmniStudio (FlexCards OmniScripts DataRaptors Integration Procedures Document Generation).Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a BAU support context.Proficient in Apex Lightning Web Components (LWC) SOQL and Lightning Flows.Experience working in Agile environments and using tools like Azure DevOps.Understanding of Salesforce best practices coding standards and CI/CD deployment methodologies.Excellent problem-solving communication and documentation skills.
Salesforce certifications particularly in OmniStudio and Platform Developer I/II.Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs middleware platforms).Knowledge of DevOps tools such as Gearset Copado or similar.Experience working in government or large public sector organisations.Familiarity with ITIL-based support models and incident/change management processes.
