Innovative implementation of lending practices that allow for customer excellence whilst optimal risk management is at the core of business operations.
Qualifications :
Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting Economics Finance Mathematics or related.
Additional Information :
Experience:
- 3-4 years: Detailed knowledge and experience regarding the risk compliance and regulatory requirements guidelines and requirements pertaining to the Bank and Credit and Lending Risk requirements.
- 5-7 years: Extensive banking and bank product knowledge with management experience in the Banking Client and product solution environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate and contribute to new product development and enhancements including maturing on a digital journey with product heads and business development managers to highlight and ensure relevant credit methodologies guidelines and regulatory requirements are included across the Bank.
- Drive innovation and growth opportunities by understanding market developments and best practices to ensure lending practices channels and turnaround times are in line with changing customer expectations.
- Ensure engaged teams that understand the changing landscape and the optimal implementation of risk appetite to a large customer base.
- Develop and implement Credit Evaluation Strategy targets and action plans in line with the Credit and Personal Banking Strategies of the Bank to enable sustainable growth and a healthy financial lending business.
- Drive Customer relationship management by advising and guiding on credit challenges rehabilitation recommendations and possible solutions with customers of all portfolios and visit customers where required to establish credit needs assist with structuring of facilities and evaluation of viability of business concerns.
