What Youll Do
As a key player in our global HR IT team youll:
- Lead impactful projectsacross Master Data Talent Learning Feedback and Workforce Analytics Solutions
- Own your projectsend-to-end: from roadmap to rollout including stakeholder alignment coordination of vendors and internal resources
- Manage budgetsand ensure smart strategic use of resources
- Drive innovationby exploring and implementing AI-powered features and automation within the HR tool landscape (e.g. SuccessFactors) and beyond
- Champion user experienceby optimizing business processes and UI/UX design
- Promote knowledge sharingand best practices across our global communities

Qualifications :
- Academic Degree in Technology or Business Administration or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in comparable role
- Experience in HR IT Solutions (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors)
- Business knowledge related to HR is a plus
- Enthusiastic about Data & AI (in HR)
- Strong analytical skillswith the ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable insights
- Business fluent English language skills (spoken and written)
- High level of initiative and the abilityto drive projects independently
- Customer-orientation with ability tounderstanding and meeting the needs of internal stakeholders ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships
