Job Description

What Youll Do 

As a key player in our global HR IT team youll: 

  • Lead impactful projectsacross Master Data Talent Learning Feedback and Workforce Analytics Solutions
  • Own your projectsend-to-end: from roadmap to rollout including stakeholder alignment coordination of vendors and internal resources
  • Manage budgetsand ensure smart strategic use of resources
  • Drive innovationby exploring and implementing AI-powered features and automation within the HR tool landscape (e.g. SuccessFactors) and beyond 
  • Champion user experienceby optimizing business processes and UI/UX design 
  • Promote knowledge sharingand best practices across our global communities

Qualifications :

  • Academic Degree in Technology or Business Administration or comparable qualification 
  • Several years of professional experience in comparable role 
  • Experience in HR IT Solutions (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors) 
  • Business knowledge related to HR is a plus 
  • Enthusiastic about Data & AI (in HR) 
  • Strong analytical skillswith the ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable insights 
  • Business fluent English language skills (spoken and written) 
  • High level of initiative and the abilityto drive projects independently 
  • Customer-orientation with ability tounderstanding and meeting the needs of internal stakeholders ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships
