The Beverage Lead works alongside the Restaurant Managers team to maintain select and update wine inventory and beverage resources for Restaurant Location. The Beverage Lead also trains Service staff about wine and Beverage ensuring everyone is familiar with proper beverage service. Reports to Restaurant General Manager.
Trains service staff about wines and beverage at daily pre-shift meetings
Ensures all service staff knows which items to recommend with each dish of the menu
Provides excellent and responsible beverage customer service and support during service on the floor operations
Maintains and updates weekly beverage changes and corporate information
Maintains an accurate daily wine and beverage inventory; stocking daily; and monthly inventory; will be responsible for assisting with cellar maintenance
Ensures the restaurant POS system is in line with menu pricing and that pricing is up-to-date
Maintains Eatalys Guest Service standards through education of managers servers and chefs with regards to beverages and related items
Performs other duties as required or assigned
Qualifications :
JOB REQUIREMENTS
The annual salary for this position is $90000- $115000
