Mail Clerk
Medford MA
3 Month (Temp to Perm)
Hours: 8:45AM - 5:15PM 30-minute lunch Mon - Fri
Qualifications :
We are running a student mailroom at a University. We need someone that can multi-task and receive check in and hand out packages and mail to students. During the busy times it is a lot of walking within the mailroom. If the temp becomes permanent we also provide courier services to the faculty. It would be helpful if the right candidate does have a valid license for if then become permanent. We need someone who is good with customer service able to work in a fast paced environment and willing to do whatever tasks are needed during the work day. There is a variety of lifting standing and walking. It can be very busy and require you to be on your feet for an entire shift. Just the normal 50lbs is required to be able to lift assistance will be available if more than this needs to be lifted.
