Job Description
We are looking for a new Head of Spatial Design for our studio in Copenhagen

Every day we work at the nexus of creativity and experimentation always looking to the lasting impact on communities and their environments. To continue this journey we are looking for a Head of Spatial Design to lead spatial concepts reflecting the depth purpose and context of our projects.
What will you be doing
Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:
As Head of Spatial Design at Henning Larsen you lead the spatial design experience materiality and storytelling in close interaction with the architecture team from concept to completion and through that creates bespoke design that offers sensuous and inclusive spaces with long lasting solutions.
What are we looking for
As our new Head of Spatial Design we anticipate that you have:
- A masters degree in interior architecture Architecture Spatial Design or a related field.
- 6-8 years of experience in spatial design interior architecture or experiential environments.
- Deep understanding of architectural integration spatial programming and materiality.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in spatial design across typologies: Cultural Educational Workspace Hospitality Residential Retail and art/pavilion installations.
- Advanced proficiency in relevant design and documentation tools (e.g. Rhino Revit Adobe Creative Suite Enscape).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
To qualify for the position we anticipate that you are:
- An excellent communicator
- Proactive and results-driven and committed to excellence and professionalism
- Exceptional at design sensibility and conceptual thinking.
- Capable of building and maintaining client relationships including developing new business opportunities.
