Job Description

The Digital Measurement Manager will support and optimize Sobis digital analytics operations with a strong focus on implementing managing and enhancing measurement within GA4 and GTM. This role reporting to the Digital Performance and Measurement Lead will ensure accurate and consistent data collection enabling robust insights across digital touchpoints. By integrating analytics with other key data sets such as paid media and healthcare data the Manager will drive a comprehensive understanding of digital campaign performance and user behavior. This position sits within our Omnichannel Center of Excellence- supporting all Sobi North America brands and enterprise initiatives- and partners cross-functionally to align analytics with organizational goals advancing Sobis data-driven marketing strategies through innovation and precision.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:
Primary responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned):

  • Oversee the integration of digital measurement data (web analytics paid media) with other data sources creating cohesive insights that tell a complete story across digital touchpoints.
  • Lead web analytics operations with a focus on implementing managing and optimizing measurement frameworks in GA4 and GTM.
  • Partner with marketing data management and data science teams to design and maintain data integrations that align digital insights with other key data sets (e.g. claims specialty pharmacy data).
  • Develop and present tailored reports with deep insights on digital campaign performance user behavior and conversion metrics that inform Sobis patient & HCP centered strategies.
  • Act as the digital measurement expert guiding the team in data best practices and ensuring accurate consistent data collection and interpretation across platforms.
  • Contribute to paid media analytics by implementing measurement strategies that reveal the impact of Sobis digital advertising efforts.
  • Manage external reporting and analytics partners to drive execution and deliver on key objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across marketing medical and compliance teams to ensure measurement strategies are aligned with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Explore and integrate AI/automation tools to enhance analytics efficiency and precision.

Qualifications :

  • REQUIRED:
    • Extensive experience with GA4 GTM and other digital analytics platforms with strong skills in tagging event tracking and data layer management.
    • Proficiency in synthesizing digital measurement with other data sets (paid media healthcare-specific datasets) to derive meaningful patient-oriented insights.
    • Deep understanding of digital media ecosystems especially paid media metrics and campaign measurement strategies
    • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex data stories clearly and effectively to diverse audiences from executive stakeholders to technical teams.
    • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Domo) and experience in translating analytics into strategic recommendations.
    • Background in healthcare data especially rare disease or specialty markets is a strong advantage.
    • 5 years of experience working with website analytics paid media paid search and other digital data sources either in-house or at an agency (pharma experience a plus).
    • Proven background in consistently delivering high-impact digital analytics
    • Deep understanding of core digital tactics platforms and supporting analytics- Websites SEO/M Display Digital Media Email Social etc
    • Passion for data measuring digital programs and bringing data to life through visualization and dashboarding
    • Proficiency in Tableau Google Analytics Suite- GA Looker Big Query; SQL
    • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud & Veeva CRM
    • Ability to identify insights and make actionable for marketing teams and executive leadership
    • Demonstrated ability to independently drive projects to completion
    • Ability to lead and challenge others in a fast-paced highly matrixed work environment
    • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities prioritize and navigate the efficient path to results
       
  • PREFERRED:
    • 2 years of experience in HCP Patient & Disease State advertising experience
    • 2 years of experience in rare disease or specialty-distributed products
    • Experience working at a biotech/pharmaceutical company or a company that supports the biotech/pharmaceutical industry

The base salary range for this role is $106000 - $145000. Each individual offer will be determined based on several factors including your experience qualifications and location. Additionally this role is eligible for both short-term and long-term bonuses as outlined in the plan details.
