  • Guest handling abilities are mandatory to provide courteous and professional service to all visitors and clients.
  • Housekeeping expertise a mandatory skill required to maintain excellent cleanliness and aesthetic standards in all areas.
  • Room inspection skills to ensure all guest areas meet high cleanliness and safety standards.
  • Inventory management to maintain and track housekeeping supplies optimizing use and reducing wastage.
  • Budgeting skills to assist in planning and controlling expenses related to housekeeping operations.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with different teams and report on housekeeping operations.
  • Problem-solving capabilities to address and resolve issues promptly ensuring smooth housekeeping operations.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of the housekeeping department ensuring optimal efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Allocate duties and tasks to housekeeping staff providing supervision and guidance as needed.
  • Conduct regular room inspections to ensure compliance with cleanliness and safety standards.
  • Develop and implement housekeeping policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Manage inventory levels of housekeeping supplies ensuring necessary items are always in stock.
  • Maintain budgets related to housekeeping and document expenses accurately for financial tracking.
  • Respond to guest requests and complaints promptly providing quality service and solutions.
  • Train housekeeping staff in company standards safety protocols and efficient cleaning techniques.
