We are looking for a Growth Hacker to drive user acquisition and revenue growth across Southeast Asia. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on data-driven marketing experiments aggressively and continuously optimises for results. You will be responsible for SEO SEM ASO ASA and other digital growth strategies aimed at expanding our user base and maximising conversions.
Growth Marketing & GTM Planning and Execution
Develop and execute localized go-to-market (GTM) strategies for Southeast Asia entry and campaign launches in the region.
Identify and execute growth opportunities across user acquisition conversion and retention funnels.
Work closely with Product Marketing and Operation teams to align growth efforts with customer journey insights.
Strategic Marketing Partnerships
Identify negotiate and manage co-marketing partnerships with travel platforms lifestyle brands affiliates and local ecosystems to achieve growth.
Drive joint campaigns that increase brand awareness user acquisition and engagement.
Explore mutually beneficial integrations bundles and cross-promotions to grow the user base efficiently.
Campaign Management and Executions
Plan and roll out timely promotional campaigns aligned with seasonal trends travel demand and local cultural moments.
Collaborate with paid media CRM and product teams to amplify promotional campaigns across performance driven and local new channels.
Track promotion performance and iterate based on user behavior and market feedback.
Creative Stunts & Local Activations
Conceptualize and execute buzz-worthy stunts and offline activations to build brand awareness and promotional events.
Partner with event organizers transit hubs or festivals for on-ground brand visibility and interaction.
Content & Social Influencer Support
Support development of local content marketing initiatives that drive organic performance across SEO and Social networks.
Collaborate with local creators and influencers to co-create content that resonates with regional audiences.
Manage influencer briefings campaign tracking and performance analysis.
Contribute to social media campaigns that reinforce GTM activities and engage local communities.
Qualifications :
Qualifications & Experience
Hands-on experience with SEO SEM ASO ASA paid media and analytics tools (Google Ads Meta Ads Apple Search Ads Google Analytics Adjust Ahrefs Apptweak etc.).
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Bi-lingual is a plus (Mandarin)
Deep understanding of SEA digital consumer behavior and key acquisition channels.
Strong project management and execution skills.
Experience in online marketing e-commerce and the online travel industry is a plus.
