Job Description
We are looking for a People Operations Officer (Nurse) who will handle employee benefits onboarding and health services as the Company Nurse. This role also includes issuing employment contracts and supporting other HR activities to ensure smooth HR operations and employee well-being.
- Manage employee benefits programs including but not limited to HMO enrolment group life insurance and other related benefits
- Issue employment contracts and manage related documentation
- Assist with other HR tasks as assigned to support HR operations
- Support onboarding orientation for new hires
- Support employee wellbeing through first aid wellness monitoring and basic health education as the Company Nurse
- Support tasks related to government benefits such as SSS and PAG-IBIG
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by management from time to time
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Nursing (BSN) with a valid nursing license
- 1 year experience in nursing preferably in occupational or corporate health
- Basic knowledge of HR functions benefits and onboarding
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Willing to report at our Ayala Makati office at least once a week
- Must be currently residing in the Greater Manila Area (Metro Manila Neighbouring provinces)
Successful candidates must have a stable postpaid internet connection and a quiet dedicated workspace at home with appropriate furniture (desk and office chair)
