Job Description
Position: Intern-Clearing Department (M/F)
(Clearing Department)
Job purpose:
Responsibilities would be but not be limited to the following:
- Support SWIFT Message distribution and delivery.
- Assisi in sending and transfer notice and emails from agent banks.
- Support to communicate with agent banks to confirm our bank position.
- Support to print and send the bank statement.
- Assist Loan Settlement team to provide the voucher to front office.
- Other tasks assigned by team manager.
Qualifications :
Profile (Technical Skills):
- Advanced Microsoft Office (Word Excel and PowerPoint).
- Strong team-working spirit and meticulous personality.
- Familiar with SQL Access Python or SWIFT will be added value.
Profile (Soft Skills):
- Initiative independent and good communication skill.
- Work well in a multi-cultural team.
Education:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent in Finance Accounting Banking or Business Related Studies.
Experience:
- Related internship experience in a plus.
Language skills: Fluency in English and Chinese are essential; other languages will be an advantage.
Additional Information :
Internship agreement provided by the Universtity and valid EU resident Card or permit could cover the whole internship period ais essential .
