The Omnichannel Planning Specialist supports his manager in the analysis planning and management of the correct quantitative-qualitative product assortment in Business to Business and Business to Consumer digital stores.
Has a profound understanding of market trends and e-commerce dynamics as well as the ability to promptly intervene on the assortment strategy to allow the achievement of company turnover objectives.
The main objectives of the role are:
- Pre-season: contributes to the definition of the merchandise requirements of the Seasonal and Carry Over product within the construction of the E-commerce budgets during the company budgeting phases.
- Selling campaign : contributes with the Buying and Merchandising Teams to the quantitative-qualitative definition of buying for brand digital stores by providing objective elements regarding the needs/specificities of the digital channel to be taken into consideration in the definition of the catalogue.
- In Season : analyzes market trends of B2B partners and monitors KPIs and purchasing behavior relating to the final consumer and suggests actions/interventions to support performance and achieve expected objectives
Qualifications :
1.01 Collects and analyzes data relating to the product the market consumer patterns historical data and current trends
1.02 Supports the manager in collecting and analyzing market feedback and promotes a benchmarking activity with respect to competitors
1.03 Supports the manager in building the Goods Requirements Budget and in maintaining - in season appropriate stock levels on the brands e-commerce sites
1.04 Constantly interacts with the Operations and Supply Chain functions in the company to ensure responsive intervention in compliance to intercepted sales trends
1.05 Supports the Buying Team during purchasing campaigns and monitors that orders are consistent with the assortment strategy
1.06 Promotes the development of role learning through proactive team and digital finalized activities to innovation and improving the effectiveness/efficiency of its Responsibilities
1.07 Promotes adopts and develops the use of digital technologies within its function in relation to both process management and relations with the internal and external interlocutors involved in business
1.08 Adopts behaviors and promotes operational/cultural actions for Sustainable Development understood as the interconnection of practices oriented towards the Care of the Environment Business Processes and Organizational Community
