Job Description
The Manager role requires a Bachelors degree in a technical field such as computer science or computer engineering with an advanced degree preferred. The role requires 5 years of experience with at least 2 years in leading engineering teams.
Key responsibilities and requirements include:
Experience working in an Agile and Test-Driven Development environment with strong business and technical vision.
Experience in technologies that include Java REST SQL Docker Kubernetes DevOps and more.
Experience/Familiar with Generative AI (GENAI) tools and frameworks.
Experience that will demonstrate proficiency and ease with programming languages code quality initiatives scripting languages and operating systems
Experience with DevOps practices to ensure seamless development cycles and efficient production releases.
You have the passion to understanding people and to always striving to improve our products and services!
Responsibility for the overall development life cycle of the solution and management of complex products with significant bottom-line impact.
Identify opportunities for further improvements to standards and processes.
Mentor junior team members develop departmental procedures and best practices standards.
Work closely with senior engineers to develop the best technical design and approach for new product development.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Qualifications :
Basic Qualifications:
8 years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 6 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters MBA JD MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD OR 8 years of relevant work experience.
Experience working in an Agile and Test-Driven Development environment with strong business and technical vision.
Experience in technologies that include Java REST SQL Docker Kubernetes DevOps and more.
Experience/Familiar with Generative AI (GENAI) tools and frameworks.
