Job Description
Inventory management
- Preparation of reports for Monthly Business Report and internal tracking of Targets and inventory across different systems
- Analyzing inventory categories and defining measures or projects to optimize
- Support / implementation of business planning CF reconciliations
- Shelf Life analysis
- Analyze inventory drivers document in central tools (e.g. IMAP) and coordinate and track reduction measures
- Evaluate blocked stocks and clear them with the relevant stakeholders
- Create and track scrapping requests manage Scrapping Inbox
- Set indicators in the SAP system for corresponding stock categories (SI indicators)
Material Flow and Physical Logistics
- Managing and optimizing the transport invoicing process in collaboration with the Freight Cost Clearance Team.
- Enhancing the overland transport network in partnership with the Transport Management Center (TMC) identifying cost-saving opportunities and supporting operational tasks such as tracking open transport orders and coordinating the resolution of issues such as damages and delays.
- Acting as the primary contact from RtP1 for the Next Generation Transport Management project for all overland sea freight and air freight routes.
- Addressing ad-hoc transport requests and providing support in the courier express and parcel (CEP) sector.
- Coordinating daily customs inquiries for import shipments and serving as an interface
- Q2 creation process handling and 8D report evaluation
